Head office — Juba
The Head Office serves as ILA's national headquarters and central administrative hub. It coordinates programme development, organisational governance, financial management, strategic planning, partnership engagement, monitoring and evaluation, resource mobilisation and overall institutional operations.
National coverage
ILA operates throughout the Republic of South Sudan with programmes designed to serve urban, peri-urban, rural, conflict-affected and hard-to-reach communities, using a decentralised and community-based implementation model.
Regional engagement
Although nationally registered, ILA seeks strategic partnerships with regional and international organisations in East Africa and beyond to promote knowledge exchange, cross-border learning, regional legal cooperation and shared approaches to justice, peacebuilding and governance.
Planned expansion
As the organisation expands, ILA intends to establish state offices, regional coordination centres and community legal aid clinics to increase accessibility and strengthen its presence in underserved and hard-to-reach areas.
