When you contact ILA

Contact links on this site open your own email application or telephone dialler. Any message you send travels directly to ILA and is handled under ILA’s internal policies. Email is not a secure channel: please do not send sensitive personal information, case details, or information about a survivor of violence by email.

Legal aid client information

Information given to ILA in the course of receiving legal assistance is confidential and is not published on this website. ILA does not publish the name, contact details, case information or personal circumstances of any person who has received legal assistance.

Photographs published on this site show ILA’s activities. Captions describe only what is visible and do not identify the people shown or disclose any case information.

ILA’s data protection policy

ILA maintains an institutional data protection policy governing how it collects, stores and protects personal data. That document will be published in the accountability centre once cleared for public release.
