Our Impact

ILA integrates monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning into every programme — and publishes figures only once they are verified.

How we measure

Evidence before claims

ILA integrates robust MEAL systems into all programmes to monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, ensure accountability to beneficiaries and partners, promote organizational learning, and continuously improve programme quality.

Programme design and implementation are informed by research, legal analysis, community consultations, needs assessments, monitoring data and lessons learned, to ensure relevance, effectiveness and measurable impact.

ILA’s organogram includes a dedicated Monitoring & Evaluation Manager, M&E Officers, a Research & Knowledge Management Officer and a Data Management Officer, working independently of programme delivery.

A note on figures

ILA does not publish estimated or indicative numbers. Each indicator below is shown with its definition so that any figure published against it can be read precisely, together with the reporting period it covers.
