The challenge and our response
Strong institutions are essential for delivering justice, protecting human rights, and promoting sustainable development. This programme strengthens the organizational, technical, governance, and leadership capacities of institutions involved in justice delivery and community development.
ILA provides technical assistance, organizational development support, training, mentorship, coaching, and institutional strengthening to civil society organizations, community-based organizations, government institutions, justice sector actors, traditional authorities, and community leaders.
The programme promotes organizational sustainability, effective governance, accountability, strategic planning, financial management, monitoring and evaluation, and resource mobilization.
