Evidence-based research is essential for effective legal reform and policy development. Through this programme, ILA generates knowledge that informs public debate, strengthens legislation, improves governance, and supports evidence-based advocacy.
The programme undertakes legal, policy, governance, and socio-economic research to identify systemic barriers to justice and recommend practical reforms. Research findings are translated into policy briefs, legislative recommendations, advocacy campaigns, publications, and stakeholder dialogues.
